Food Items

Unfortunately, due to legal regulations and health considerations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on food items once they have been purchased. This policy ensures compliance with food safety standards and regulations, as well as maintaining the integrity of our products. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

However, in cases where a package is damaged during transit or fails to deliver, we are happy to assist.

  • If your package is returned to us due to failed delivery, we will issue a refund minus the shipping cost, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and provide proof of the issue (e.g., tracking info, photos). We will do our best to resolve the issue, either by refund or replacement.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Orders that were successfully delivered.
  • Packages that could not be delivered due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Digital Items

For digital items such as e-books or online courses, Haitai Life does offer a refund policy. If you encounter any issues with your digital purchase, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase. We will promptly review your request and assist accordingly.
